An Experience Fit for Royalty

Good food and royal treatment, with a 'happily ever after' ending.

We have been to the Magic Kingdom over a dozen times but have never eaten in Cinderella’s Castle.  While planning our last trip, we made a point of changing that fact by booking a brand new experience — the first-ever Signature Celebration Package at Cinderella’s Royal Table, a premium event made up of 3 unique experiences — Character Dining inside Cinderella’s Castle, priority Happily Ever After fireworks viewing and an after fireworks dessert party.  This package was just added this year and looked interesting.

Dinner in the Castle

Our event started with a sumptuous dinner at Cinderella’s Royal Table.  After checking in we were escorted to a waiting area where we were welcomed by Cinderella and Prince Charming.   After a short wait our reservation was announced and we began to ascend the winding staircase to the dining room. The staircase first opens to a higher view of the previous waiting room. As tempting as it might be to catch yet another glimpse of the enchanting couple, be sure to watch your step (one of us learned the hard way).

Upon arriving at the dining room, we were completely in awe. The atmosphere is regal, with beautiful lighting, exquisite decor, stained glass windows, and a great view of the park. Once seated, we received keepsake menus and had a choice of a glass of sparkling wine or specialty beverage. We had a scrumptious starter and chose from delicious options for our main course.  The menu included kid-friendly options as well.

While we were dining, several of the Disney princesses stopped by to say hello, sign mementos, and pose for pictures. On this visit, we were delighted to see Snow White, Ariel, Aurora and Jasmine.  Each princess spends plenty of time with your table and engages you in a bit of her tale.

Happily Ever After Viewing

At the end of our meal, we were presented with a beautiful box of Cinderella-inspired confections to take along with us. In addition, our server provided us with directions to the Plaza Garden priority viewing area to watch Happily Ever After. The viewing location presents a clear line of sight to the castle and allows for you to spread out and enjoy!

Dessert Party

After the show, we were guided back to the Tomorrowland Terrace for the dessert party and escorted to a reserved table. From there we sampled some delish dishes, including Cinderella-themed desserts, chocolate-dipped strawberries, hand-scooped ice cream, cookies, cupcakes and more!  

While this is considered a character experience, the Cinderella Signature Celebration package caters to both children and adults.  If your family adores meeting the princesses, loves the fireworks display, or just enjoys special dining experiences, then this is a must!
